✅ RESOLVED (BR Review):
- ✅ Soft-delete — Categorizations and Options use soft-delete (archive) with
archived_attimestamp. Archived items remain visible on historical entities but unavailable for new selections. Un-archive supported. - ✅ Colour palette — oxFlow ships BOTH: predefined palette entries (e.g., “primary-blue”) AND free-form hex input for edge cases.
- ✅ Bulk tagging — Supported. Users can select multiple Items/Resources and apply the same Categorization Option in one batch action.
- ✅ Inheritance — Sub-Items inherit parent Categorization Options at creation time. Estimator can override. Parent changes do not retroactively propagate.
- ✅ Global Categorizations — Confirmed. Categorizations are global (admin-managed). When archived, archived on all Tenders using them. Only new selections are blocked.
