- BR-001 depth cap — 5 is the working cap; Oxcon to confirm realistic max in practice (anecdotal evidence suggests 3 is more common).
- Heading reordering UX — drag-drop within parent? Multi-select reorder? Deferred to UI spec.
- Heading move across Estimates — cut/paste a Heading sub-tree into a different Estimate within the same Tender. Workflow not yet specified; currently assume not supported in v1 (Items can be duplicated per BR-035, but sub-tree move is open).
🔴 Open:
- Text Block — glossary §3 raises whether “Text Block” (pure narrative inside the schedule) is a distinct concept or a flavour of Heading. If it’s a Heading flavour, a
block_typeenum may be added (Heading / Text Block). Pending Oxcon resolution.
