• BR-112 unit-reconciliation heuristic — what precisely should the anomaly check look for? Simple “units differ” fires on almost every Item (normal — Labour in hr, Material in m³, rolling up to m²). Need a smarter rule. Pending Oxcon input (workplan §“Critical Oxcon touchpoints”).
• ea vs no deduplication — kept separate for v1; potential merge in v2 if estimator preference settles.
• Unit category enum — proposed list (Length / Area / Volume / Time / Mass / Count / Currency / Other) is provisional. Confirm completeness.
